What We Do When We’re Together

Over three days, we forge deep trust and lasting connections. We create a space to share our greatest wins and our toughest lessons so we can all move forward together.

From doing business together to serving on boards, we show up for one another to ensure that no one has to do this work alone.

Here is how we will spend our time:

Conversation Catalysts

We’ve brought in visionaries to spark the questions our community must answer together. These are the strategic dialogues that only happen when values-aligned leaders share the same room to tackle the future.

Conversation Circles

We gather in small circles for deep, honest dialogue where no performance is required. You will sit across from peers wrestling with the same challenges and leave with breakthrough insights to move you forward.

Strategic Collaborations

This is a dedicated space to do business together and form the partnerships that carry our values forward. From supply chain relationships to helping each other raise capital, this is where we do the business of building the future.

Community Immersion

We immerse ourselves in the people, food, and culture of this magic of Santa Fe. New Mexico's ecosystem of entrepreneurs and community leaders are fellow participants, not hosts.

Prepare for a Revival

Our Home to Gather

The Santa Fe Farmers’ Market Pavilion building is located in the historic Railyard, which is a nationally renowned transformation of a 50-acre industrial site. It is a living demonstration that sustainable design and cultural preservation can amplify one another. This space is a physical expression of our shared values.

Experience the Enchantment

Santa Fe is a place to be tasted and explored. We have put together a list of our favorite local spots, from the best food in the Railyard to unique tours that take you deeper into the city.

Help Shape the Conversation

Thank you for considering to submit your ideas for hosting Conversations Circle topics at SVN Global Gathering - Revival. Before you propose a topic, please read this thoroughly.

Important Things to Know:

  • Conversation Circles are a deep dive discussion where all participants can contribute to a broad topic, share ideas and peer support, offer input, give feedback. This is NOT the place to pitch or focus just on your business.

  • Anyone submitting to host a Conversation Circle is required to register for the SVN Global Gathering.

  • We are reviewing all submissions as they are submitted and we will be accepting submissions for topics until the day of the event.

  • We honor an emergent process and reserve the right to combine similar ideas and topics and hosts.

Our Process:

We are curating the Conversation Circles and will announce some of the topics a week in advance of the Gathering event. Additionally, each day at the Gathering we will announce the topics that have been chosen for the Conversation Circles during the sessions where we have allotted time and spaces to gather. We will provide a “live board” of topics and times/locations for the conversations.

If your topic is not chosen for a Conversation Circle time slot you are still welcome to host a Circle on your own. Please feel free to gather others and use the time at a walkable gathering space in the area. There are cafes, and park benches, picnic tables around the Railyard for these small group conversations.

What We Are Requiring of Conversation Circle Hosts:

  • Anyone submitting to host a Conversation Circle is required to register for the SVN Global Gathering.

  • We are looking for broad topics and ideas where many participants can have a deep dive discussion, offer support to each other, and contribute. For example: “Regenerative Agriculture” is a great broad topic. “How my business is creating a product in the regenerative agriculture sector” is not a broad topic.

  • Prepare 3-5 thought provoking questions on your topic to discuss with your Conversation Circle. Please don’t prepare a short talk focused on you or your business. We want an open, inclusive discussion among the participants in the Conversation Circle.

  • All voices should be included in the Conversation Circles. These are inclusive discussion circles where we value everyone’s input, challenges, ideas, and contributions.

  • No pitching of your business. It’s ok to talk about your challenges and wins in your business and your business ideas but it’s not ok to pitch or focus solely on your business.

  • During your Conversation Circle session you’ll have access to large notepad paper and markers to capture input. These captures will be presented in our “group share outs” and posted on the walls around the Farmers Market Pavilion for others to review and respond to. Please capture input from your group members or appoint a “scribe” in your group to capture these notes.

  • If you intend to pitch your business, you are welcome to host a lunch or dinner offsite on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday evening and invite participants to attend. Please let us know where you intend to gather and how many people you will provide with a meal and/or drinks if they attend. We will happily publicize this for you.
